With a background spanning leadership, research, and performance excellence, Dr. Powers guides Earth Years with a clear focus on scalable impact, cultural integrity, and long-term institutional development.

​This leadership role oversees the design, execution, and quality of all Earth Years journeys. Responsible for immersive programming, guide coordination, and on-ground excellence, this position ensures each experience reflects our commitment to transformative exploration and operational integrity.

This role leads strategic alliances with research institutions, cultural organizations, and regional collaborators worldwide. The Head of Global Partnerships ensures that Earth Years maintains strong, ethical, and mutually beneficial relationships that elevate both credibility and impact.

The Head of Education oversees faculty engagement, curriculum development, and educational programming across Earth Years initiatives. This role ensures that scholarly rigor and experiential learning remain central to every offering.

This leadership role directs brand expansion, strategic outreach, marketing and participant enrollment. Responsible for sustainable growth and application management, the Head of Growth & Enrollment ensures that Earth Years attracts mission-aligned voyagers and partners worldwide.

Tanya leads Earth Years’ philanthropic initiatives with a deep commitment to compassion in action. She oversees programs such as Earth Years Guardians, our initiative dedicated to supporting animal welfare and community care in the regions we visit. As founder of Global Heart Awakening, she brings a broader mission of conscious service and humanitarian outreach into every initiative she supports. Through thoughtful partnerships and sustained giving, she ensures that each journey contributes meaningful and lasting impact.

This leadership role oversees organizational development, contributor engagement, and culture alignment across Earth Years. Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and values integration, the Head of People & Culture ensures that every member of the Earth Years team reflects our commitment to integrity, professionalism, and mission-centered growth.

Nas Ally is a Master Dowser, energy healer, naturopath and founder of Sacred Flow Alchemy. Through disciplined sensing, subtle-field navigation, and ethical energetic leadership, she guides participants in cultivating presence and coherence within complex environments. Her work supports Earth Years’ commitment to mystery school education grounded in awareness, integrity, and applied practice.
