Application Fee: I understand that the application fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of a thorough background check.
Voyager Waitlist Policy: If placed on the Voyager waitlist, I acknowledge that the application fee rolls over up to two times to the next available trip, provided I remain interested.

Conduct: I agree to adhere to all local laws and Earth Years' guidelines and code of conduct during trips. I understand that respect for local customs, traditions, and legal regulations is crucial for a positive and enriching travel experience. I commit to acting responsibly and courteously at all times, recognizing that my behavior reflects not only on myself but also on Earth Years and my fellow travelers. Any failure to comply with these standards may result in disciplinary actions, including potential removal from the trip, at the discretion of Earth Years.
Liability: I understand that Earth Years is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during trips. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents arising from accidents, natural disasters, medical emergencies, theft, or other unforeseen circumstances. I acknowledge the importance of securing adequate travel insurance to cover potential risks and ensure financial protection for medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other travel-related issues. By participating in Earth Years' voyages, I accept personal responsibility for my safety and well-being.
Modifications: I acknowledge that Earth Years reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
